By accessing our website, submitting order forms, requesting quotations, or engaging with our sales representatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are ordering on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Orders
All listed prices, specifications, and machine configurations are subject to confirmation at the time of final quotation or invoice generation. Quotations issued by Rawat Impex are valid for the duration specified on the quotation document. Taxes (including GST), freight, packaging, transit insurance, and handling charges will be applied as indicated.
3. Dispatch, Delivery & Transit
Rawat Impex arranges delivery across India through verified logistics partners and transport services. Free home delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD) options are available subject to regional serviceability. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to transit factors, logistics constraints, or force majeure events.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions of our platform, you expressly consent to our collection and use of your personal data, specifically your phone number, for the purpose of contacting you through phone calls, IVR and RCS messaging. 5. Product Warranty & Technical Support
Commercial food and agricultural processing machinery supplied by Rawat Impex is covered by a 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement. Warranty covers replacement of defective parts and engineering support. Consumable wear parts, improper electrical voltage supply, unauthorized modifications, and physical misuse are excluded.
6. Cancellation & Returns
Custom-fabricated machines, specialized mill setups, and plant configurations cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. Standard catalog machines may be returned or replaced in the event of transit damage or manufacturing discrepancy, provided notification is submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic verification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rawat Impex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to operate our machinery, including loss of business, profits, or raw materials.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
